The Automatic Weighing & Batching System is an intelligent material dosing solution designed to accurately measure, transfer, and mix multiple ingredients according to preset recipes.

The system utilizes load cells, weighing modules, PLC controls, pumps, valves, and conveying equipment to automatically deliver the required amount of each ingredient into a mixing vessel or production process.

By eliminating manual weighing and dosing, the system significantly improves production efficiency, product consistency, and process accuracy while reducing labor costs and human errors.

1. Design

The batching system operates according to predefined recipes stored in the PLC control system.
Each raw material is stored in a dedicated tank, hopper, or silo and connected to the batching station through pumps, valves, screw conveyors, or pneumatic conveying systems.
During production:

The operator selects a recipe from the touch screen.
The PLC automatically calls the required ingredient quantities.
Load cells continuously monitor weight changes.
Materials are transferred automatically into the weighing vessel or mixing tank.
Once the target weight is reached, the system closes the valve or stops the pump.
The next ingredient is added automatically.
After all ingredients are completed, the system starts the mixing process or transfers the batch to the next production stage.

The entire process is automated and traceable, ensuring accurate and repeatable production results.
