The auger filler features a compact structure, easy operation, and quick adjustment. Different auger sizes can be customized to meet various filling ranges and product characteristics. The machine can work independently or be integrated with packaging machines such as VFFS, HFFS, or bottle filling lines.

Volumetric Dosing+Load Cell Operate

The auger filler operates on a volumetric dosing principle, where a rotating screw (auger) delivers a consistent volume of powder per revolution. By controlling the rotation speed and number of turns, precise and repeatable filling is achieved. It is especially suitable for free-flowing powders and fine granules in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

The auger filler with load cell operates on a gravimetric filling principle, combining volumetric screw feeding with real-time weight feedback. The system performs bulk filling at high speed, followed by fine filling at low speed. A load cell continuously monitors the actual weight and sends feedback to the controller, forming a closed-loop system to ensure high accuracy and consistency. This solution effectively compensates for variations in bulk density and is ideal for high-value powders requiring precise dosing.
