  • The brushless motor directly drives the high-speed emulsifying head. Through the rapid rotation of the rotor and stator structure, strong mechanical shear force is generated to achieve efficient emulsification, dispersion, homogenization, and particle refinement of the materials.
  • At the same time, the frame agitator continuously scrapes the inner wall of the vessel to prevent material adhesion and wall hanging, ensuring more uniform mixing and better heat transfer performance.
  • The heating jacket provides stable temperature control during processing, while the insulation layer helps reduce heat loss and maintain process stability.

 

1. Inner and outer surfaces are highly polished for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industry standards.
2. Available in multiple capacities from 1L to 15,000L for lab, pilot, and industrial production.
3. Tank body fully customizable in size, structure, and layout according to customer requirements.
4. Raw Material: SS304, SS316L, SS2507, SS2502,C-276 and Titanium (Ti).
5. Equipped with a sanitary design for easy cleaning and no material residue.
6. Top safety mesh available for models above 500L for safer operation.
7.Fitted with 204B mechanical seal for reliable and leak-free performance.
8.Optional water-cooled mechanical seal for high-temperature applications.
9.Quick-release agitator shaft design for easy installation and maintenance.
10.Bottom sanitary ball valve for smooth and efficient discharge.
11.Heavy-duty wheels available for flexible movement and positioning.
