2. Driven Unit

1 motor + 1 gearbox. The motor provides unidirectional power input, which is then transmitted through a symmetrical reduction mechanism to produce a bidirectional power output, causing the left and right drive shafts to rotate in opposite directions.

6. Electric Control Part

PE grounding conductor.
The grounding wire is identified by green/yellow insulation, in accordance with IEC 60445 / IEC 60204-1 international electrical standards.

On/Off/E-off/Timer

Inside the mixer, two parallel shafts rotate in opposite directions, each equipped with multiple paddles. As they rotate:

The paddles lift and throw the material upward, creating a temporary "weightless" or fluidized zone
Particles are continuously dispersed, exchanged, and recombined throughout the chamber
The counter-rotating motion generates intense convective flow, ensuring materials move across the entire mixing space
At the same time, controlled shear forces break agglomerates without damaging particles

This combination of fluidization + convection + shear allows the mixer to achieve:
