    1. Cylinder-Driven Tilting
    The mixing vessel is tilted by a pneumatic or electric cylinder or motor control system, ensuring smooth, stable, and safe operation.

     

    2. Adjustable Tilting Angle
    The tilting angle can be flexibly adjusted from 0° to 60°:

    • Lower angle → controlled and gradual discharge
    • Higher angle → rapid and complete emptying

     

    3. Mixing During Discharge
    During tilting, the agitator can continue running to assist material flow:

    • Prevents wall adhesion
    • Reduces dead zones
    • Improves discharge continuity

     

    4. Forward & Reverse Rotation
    The agitator supports forward and reverse rotation during discharge, which provides significant advantages:

    • Forward rotation → pushes material toward the outlet
    • Reverse rotation → pulls back and loosens accumulated material  
    • Helps break bridges and eliminate blockages  
    • Especially effective for high-viscosity or sticky materials (e.g., shisha, resin, paste)  

    This function ensures smoother discharge and avoids material buildup inside the tank.
