The Semi-Automatic Lobe Pump Filler is designed for accurate and gentle filling of various liquid, semi-liquid, and high-viscosity products.
It is widely used in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, and daily care industries for filling products such as sauce, cream, shampoo, honey, lotion, paste, gel, oil, and detergent.
Driven by a sanitary lobe pump, the machine provides stable flow rate, high filling accuracy, and low material damage, making it especially suitable for shear-sensitive or particle-containing products.
The semi-automatic operation allows operators to control filling by foot switch or manual trigger, providing flexibility for small and medium batch production.
Volumetric Dosing+Load Cell Operate
1. Volumetric Filling Mode
The machine uses a rotary lobe pump as the filling core.The motor drives the synchronized lobes inside the pump chamber to rotate, creating stable suction and discharge pressure.
When the pump start, lobes started rotating without touching. At the inlet side of the pump, lobes come out of the mesh. Due to meshing, it create an expanding volume on the suction side. Liquid flows into the cavity and is trapped by the lobes as they rotate.
The servo motor precisely controls the rotation speed and running time of the lobe pump, ensuring stable filling volume for each cycle.
2. Gravimetric Filling Mode
The integrated weighing module and load cell monitor the product weight in real time during filling.
Once the preset target weight is reached, the system automatically slows down and stops filling to achieve higher filling accuracy.
