The Servo Tracking Lobe Pump Filling Machine is a high-speed automatic filling solution designed for continuous production lines.
Unlike conventional filling machines that require bottles to stop during filling, the tracking filling system allows the filling nozzle to move synchronously with the container while filling. This continuous-motion technology significantly increases production efficiency and reduces conveyor start-stop time.
Combined with a servo-driven rotary lobe pump, the machine provides precise filling control, gentle product handling, and excellent performance for liquids, viscous products, and products containing particles.
The machine is widely used in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, and daily care industries for products such as sauce, honey, cream, shampoo, lotion, detergent, syrup, and gel.
Volumetric Dosing
The machine uses a servo-driven rotary lobe pump as the filling core.
During operation, containers are automatically transported to the filling station through the conveyor system.
The PLC control system sends commands to the servo motor, which drives the rotary lobe pump to transfer material from the storage tank to the filling nozzle.
The synchronized rotary lobes create stable suction and discharge pressure, ensuring smooth and pulse-free filling performance.
