3. Lifting System

KM Industry provides three types of lifting systems for Top Entry Agitators to meet different tank structures, mixing requirements, and installation conditions.

  • Electric Screw Lifting System:uses a motor-driven ball screw mechanism to achieve stable and precise vertical movement of the agitator assembly. The motor drives the ball screw, which converts rotary motion into linear lifting movement, allowing the mixing shaft to move smoothly up and down. Upper and lower limit switches are installed to control the lifting travel and ensure safe operation.

  • Pneumatic Cylinder Lifting System: The pneumatic lifting system uses an air cylinder to control the vertical movement of the agitator.Compressed air drives the cylinder piston to raise or lower the mixing assembly, while the cylinder stroke determines the lifting height.

  • Hydraulic Lifting System:use a hydraulic power unit to drive hydraulic cylinders for vertical lifting movement.Hydraulic oil pressure is generated by the hydraulic pump and transferred to the cylinder, producing strong and stable lifting force to raise or lower the agitator assembly.

4. Supporting Frame System

  • The frame is manufactured from high-strength SS304 stainless steel, featuring a reinforced structural design with excellent stability and durability for long-term industrial use.
  • Equipped with heavy-duty wheels, the system allows flexible movement and convenient positioning during operation, cleaning, and maintenance.

5. Electric Control Part

  • PE grounding conductor.
  • The grounding wire is identified by green/yellow insulation, in accordance with IEC 60445 / IEC 60204-1 international electrical standards.
