The V Type Mixer, also known as a V Blender, is a highly efficient powder mixing equipment widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, and nutraceuticals.
It consists of two inclined cylindrical shells joined together to form a “V” shape. The unique geometric design allows materials to continuously split and merge during rotation, achieving uniform mixing without the need for internal agitators.
This type of mixer is particularly suitable for dry powder and granular materials with good flow-ability, ensuring gentle blending and minimal particle degradation.

The working principle of the V Blender is based on diffusion mixing.
When the machine rotates, the material inside the V-shaped container is repeatedly split into two streams and then merged back together. This continuous process of division and recombination ensures that particles are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
