Horizontal Ribbons Blender is the most widely used powder-powder, powder-partical mixing machine.
KM Horizontal Ribbons Blender consists of U-Shape/Round trough, spiral and drive parts. The design is unique, and the operation is quite simple. It is a new type of mixing equipment with the characteristics of high efficiency, high uniformity, high crushing, low energy consumption and low contamination. The blender with dual ribbon structure design. Outer ribbon makes the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner ribbon push the product from the sides to the convective mixing.

3. Agitator Unit

4. Discharge Unit

Normally equipped with a self-made pneumatic flat discharge valve, flush with the U-shaped trough bottom, ensuring good sealing performance and preventing water leakage.
Option: Pneumatic/Electric/Manually butterfly valve， Gate valve or others.

5. Shaft Sealers

Normally 2 layers of the Packing Sealer + 1 layer of the PEK Sealer, to prevent water leakage.
Option: Air Sealer

6. Electric Control Part

PE grounding conductor.
The grounding wire is identified by green/yellow insulation, in accordance with IEC 60445 / IEC 60204-1 international electrical standards.

Electrical safety protection and fully complies with international industrial equipment safety practices.
On/Off/E-off/Timer

	The outer ribbon pushes the material from the two sides to the center.
